Recipe for madeleines:
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and salt.

Recipe:
- In a large bowl, combine egg whites, lemon juice, and salt.
- Using a hand mixer, stir on low speed until foamy.
- Gradually add the sugar with the mixer on high speed until the sugar is dissolved.
- Beat until the mixture is shiny and smooth, and forms stiff peaks.
- Stir in vanilla extract and food coloring.
- Pour the mixture into the piping bag, and pipe onto a tray.
- Put star sprinkles on each miniature Christmas tree meringue.
- Preheat the oven to 105°C, then bake for 1 hour at 105°C.
