Yes, it’s that time of the year again. Now quickly whip out your Frosty the Snowman aprons, wintery spices, and sugary icing for a Christmas baking session! It’s not a December to remember without baking Christmas treats and sharing them with your family and friends. This year, I have picked the easiest Christmas dessert recipes that anyone can try (even Rudolf can do it) to keep the holiday festivities and mood going. Happy holidays and merry Christmas!

Christmas Tree Meringues:

Ingredients:

Egg whites (4, at room temperature)
Lemon juice (1 tsp.)
Salt (⅛ tsp.)
Sugar (200g)
Vanilla extract (1 tsp.)
Green food coloring (4-5 drops)
Star sprinkles
Piping bag
A large bowl
Hand mixer

Recipe:

In a large bowl, combine egg whites, lemon juice, and salt.
Using a hand mixer, stir on low speed until foamy.
Gradually add the sugar with the mixer on high speed until the sugar is dissolved.
Beat until the mixture is shiny and smooth, and forms stiff peaks.
Stir in vanilla extract and food coloring.
Pour the mixture into the piping bag, and pipe onto a tray.
Put star sprinkles on each miniature Christmas tree meringue.
Preheat the oven to 105°C, then bake for 1 hour at 105°C.
Cool for 20-30 minutes.

Christmas Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

Hot chocolate mix
Milk
Whipped cream
A cute Christmas mug
Christmas sprinkles
Mini candy canes

Recipe:

Heat the milk and pour it in the cute Christmas mug.
Stir the hot chocolate mix with the milk.
Put whipped cream over the hot chocolate and add Christmas sprinkles and mini candy canes.
